Hello, my name is Susan Wright. I am the Director of White Stone Counseling of New Hampshire and Life Coaching at White Stone. With my dog Rufus at my side, resting from the Christmas Holiday, I would like to take a moment to reach out to you if your Christmas or other spiritual practice at the holidays did not have the human connection we all strive for through love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. In case you think I am a genius to come up with those words, or they sound familiar, they are from Galatians 5:22. Perhaps you look back at the last few days (or years) and know that you honestly strive for these. Or perhaps you might be imaginative and think of your Soul as something others can visibly see and they walk right by. Perhaps you keenly feel that the Spiritual Soul is a living entity that needs to be fed and you know that regardless of how subtle or strong your faith is, it needs to be nurtured. Regardless of your spiritual practice or that you have none at all, in our humanness and if we look at ourselves in a mirror, we keenly feel the loss or lack of love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. As I write, memories come back -especially one from over 50 years ago. . . As a Girl Scout Brownie we had a ceremony to "fly up" to Girl Scouts. Next to the lake the leaders had arranged a large, round mirror with greenery around to make it appear as a reflecting pond. Each girl was brought up and asked "What did She See?" I was so puzzled looking into the mirror, because I kept on saying "I didn't see anything." This kept on going until I was yelled at and told to go sit back down in the circle. If you are looking in the mirror and "not seeing anything" or maybe you do not like what you see, I would be happy to help you as either as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (counseling focuses on the trauma/loss of the past usually involving Anxiety, Depression, PTSD; or as a Life Coach (Life Coaching focusing not on the past but on future, attainable goals). Life problems are seldom isolated, and I take the time to listen and to design a plan to help you, your child, or family to develop mental, emotional and spiritual health and resilience. White Stone Counseling of New Hampshire is dedicated to helping children, individuals, couples, and families experience high quality care in a compassionate and caring environment. Regardless of what difficulties you are facing, your age or gender, you are welcome here. My practice is centered on the same belief as my Life Coaching Practice (Life Coaching at White Stone) that we all can live a life centered on love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. If trauma or grief has taken these from you or your family, I can help. Services I provide as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at White Stone Counseling of New Hampshire in-person sessions only and are appointments are made by contacting me at 603-657-4370 in Londonderry, NH. Life Coaching Sessions are through Life Coaching at White Stone and thanks to the kind geniuses who understand technology, can be accessed by any woman, anywhere. LIfe Coaching at White Stone is based on Meditative Exchange Journaling. Please read more in my next blog! Take the first step to help. Call or Email Susan J Wright now - (603) 718-3951

Reaching Goals through the Practice of Meditative Journaling

What is Life Coaching?
We all have a “past” but we also all have a future.
Part of my professional life as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor focuses on helping people have a trusting relationship to heal past or current trauma.
Life coaching focus on the future.
Meditative Exchange Journaling is not first about how to meet goals that you might set. The primary focus is on bringing love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, generosity, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control into your life.
Galatians 5:22.
Your goal setting may be ways to increase your business, begin to write or complete a book, or any individual goal you may think of. But as you practice mindful journaling exchange with the goals listed in Galatians you will find yourself shepherded though the process, rather than feeling like a failure each week.
Meditative Journaling Exchange is about gentle growth and learning about yourself and others.
The process starts with having a thoughtful mentor who shares your Meditative Exchange Journal, and sends you a return journal as you reflect on the following:
What have I accomplished since my last exchange – my wins and victories
What I didn’t get done but want to held accountable for
Challenges I am facing right now
What am I appreciative or grateful/thankful for
How do I want my coach to help me as she reads this journal exchange
What I commit to in the next week.
What has been my spiritual practice this week?
Do my actions in achieving my goals allow me to be (or become)
More loving
Moe Joyful
More Peaceful
More patience
More kind
More generous
More Faithful
More Gentle
Increased self-control
